General Description
STH Series PTFE Pleated Filter Cartridge is made from pleated hydrophobic PTFE
membrane. The filter has big filtration area, high flow rate and low pressure drop,
which results in long service life. Suitable for the filtration of air and gas used in
microelectronics and semiconductor industry.
